AAEA invites you to register for the 2022 AAEA Annual Meeting in Anaheim, CA July 31- August 2. Most meeting events will take place at the Marriott Anaheim hotel with virtual options live streaming or available through Zoom. Registration rates are outlined further down in this email.
The AAEA Board has decided to offer a Zoom option in all of the session rooms in Anaheim. This means if you are unable to attend in person, you will have the opportunity to view any of the sessions taking place onsite at the meeting via the meeting platform. Our professional audio visual company will manage and provide the Zoom links ahead of time; therefore, presenters and session organizers do not need to worry about providing a personal Zoom link this year.
For the safety and protection of all annual meeting participants, in-person attendees are required to be fully vaccinated prior to arriving onsite in Anaheim. Though masks are not required, it is at the discretion of the attendees.

This year there are a number of Luncheons and Pre/Post-conference Workshops to choose from. Review the Section Lectures & Luncheons , and reserve a spot. Space is limited, so register early to reserve a place to hear the lecture, enjoy lunch, and network! This year we also have three pre-conference and one post-conference workshops all of which offer great educational and networking opportunities. If you are interested, be sure to register early and reserve your hotel room for the extended day.

*Guest Registration: Attendees are encouraged to bring spouses, friends, and family to the Annual Meeting. All such attendees must register as guests in order to participate in meeting activities, at the cost of $60 per guest. Children under the age of 16 may attend the meeting for free. Guests include any interested party not professionally in the field of agricultural economics or applied economics, or a related discipline. Registered guests will receive a name badge and are invited to attend the Welcome Reception at no additional charge. | ||
Cancellation/Changes: Cancellations of meeting registrations are subject to a $50 processing fee. After July 15, no refunds will be given for meeting registrations or special event tickets. If AAEA cancels the 2022 Annual Meeting, any paid registration fee will be refunded.
