Annual Meeting Program Advertisements

Advertisements for the program of the Annual Meeting are sold in quarter, half, and full page increments. Electronic, camera-ready ads must be received by the AAEA Business Office by May 10, 2012.

  • Full-page Ad: $600
  • Half-page Ad: $350
  • Quarter-page Ad: $200

Promotional Materials for Attendees

The promotional material for attendees (formerly called Bag Stuffers) will be given to each attendee along with their registration materials when they arrive in Seattle. The promotional material will be accepted regardless of medium (brochures, pamphlets, DVDs, etc.) and may be any size (up to 8.5 x 11"). Multiple pages fastened together count as a single item.

  • One Item: $500
  • Each Additional Item: $200
