The 2019 AAEA Annual Meeting is less than two weeks away! With the festivities beginning next weekend, there are a number of items you should have received if you are participating in the Annual Meeting. If you did not receive any of the below information, but feel that you should have or just need a reminder, please email our office at info@aaea.org as soon as possible.

• Moderator assignments
• Information for Discussant Session participants
• Final presentation date, time, and room number

Please also feel free to contact our office if you need a receipt, want to double-check your registration, or if you would like to add on a Luncheon or Pre-/Post-conference Workshop. A full list of our available luncheons and workshops with their descriptions can be found here. You can access our paper registration form here to register for any of these events.

If you would like to register on-site for a ticketed event, simply stop by the registration desk on the Marquis Level, but please note that these tickets are available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. No tickets will be sold the day of the event.

Mobile App

The 2019 AAEA Annual Meeting Mobile App is now available! Downloading the app is FREE and you can find it by visiting Google Play or the Apple App Store and searching for “AAEA 2019.” This year on the mobile app you can:

Poster Shipping and Printing

If you are presenting a poster at the Annual Meeting and would like to avoid traveling with your poster, you can take advantage of the FedEx Office Business Center located directly in the Atlanta Marriott Marquis! You can get high-quality oversize prints perfect for making a big impact. Otherwise, you can ship your poster directly to the hotel where the FedEx Office is tracking, handling, and receiving your package. Professional Headshot Photographer

As a benefit to everyone attending the AAEA Annual Meeting, a photographer is available for professional headshots on Sunday, July 21, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm on the Marquis Level. This is a great opportunity to have your professional picture taken! Digital images will be available, at no cost, after the Annual Meeting.

AAEA Business Meeting

AAEA’s Annual Business Meeting will take place on Monday, July 22 at 8:00 am in Marquis Ballroom C&D located on the Marquis Level. Be sure to review the minutes from last year’s meeting and the agenda before you arrive.

Transportation

Need some help getting around? AAEA has a list of available public transportation as well as other forms of travel, which include special discounts on air travel and shuttle services.

Childcare

Nursing Mother's Room

New this year, AAEA has worked to provide a secure Nursing Mother's Room for your privacy and convenience. Located in room M201 on the Marquis Level, please see the Registration Desk for access information.
