Quiet Room: We will have a dedicated room available throughout the event for those who may wish to step out of the meetings. The quiet room provides a dedicated space for attendees to relax, recharge, and take a break from the noise and stimulation of the event. Studio 6 on the 2nd floor will be the Quiet room.
Please keep an eye out for Task Force members wearing purple t-shirts if you have any questions about the Task Force efforts or events.

The AAEA Health & Wellbeing Task Force is excited to introduce several new activities for this year’s annual meeting in New Orleans:
Quiet Room: A dedicated room will be available throughout the annual meetings for those seeking a quiet space to recharge. This space will also serve as an interfaith/prayer room. Resources for breathing and meditation will be available. The room will be available Sunday to Tuesday in Studio 6 from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Morning Walk &Talk: If you want to get moving, get some fresh air, and meet new people, join us for a morning Walk & Talk on Sunday and Tuesday mornings. We will meet across from Galerie 1, alongside the windows. The walks will start at 7:00 am and take a 1-1.5 mile route toward and around Woldenberg Park. The group will return to the hotel no later than 8:00 am. Contacts: Nilufer Cetik (ncetik@asu.edu) & Elena Krasovskaia (ek558@cornell.edu)
Good Morning Yoga: Start your day with some mindfulness and gentle movement on Monday morning from 6:30 - 7:15 am in Studio 6. This class is suitable for all levels, including those who have never practiced yoga before. No yoga mat is required. Please sign up here. Contact: Kelly Grogan (kellyagrogan@ufl.edu)
