Submit a Symposia Proposal

This page is where you can submit your Symposia Proposals directly, or you can download a word document of the form here. Meeting organizers must submit a proposed program, including topics, keynote speakers and panels, and a detailed budget for the meeting along with the Symposium application form to the AAEA by the established deadline. Applications for Symposia' must provide the credentials of the organizers, motivate how the theme and program format address a high impact or emerging issue for AAEA members and stakeholders, and describe the independent review process to be used for contributed papers, and agree to abide to the equivalent of AAEA’s journal disclosure policies for program content (review policies at http://www.aaea.org/publications/agricultural--applied-economics-association-disclosure-policy).
