CHAIRS (Chairs, Heads, Administrators Information Roundtable Section) 2023 Fall Conference
October 23 & 24, 2023
At the AAEA meetings, the CHAIRS (Chairs, Heads, and Administrators Information Roundtable Section) decided to meet in Washington, DC. Don’t miss this chance to interact with your colleagues to discuss topics important to us all (e.g., STEM designation for our programs, student recruitment, chair mentoring) and conduct Hill visits to promote our profession and field!
The plan is to meet at ERS headquarters on the national mall on Monday the 23rd for a business meeting and visits with USDA ERS, NIFA and OCE leadership. On Tuesday we will conduct Hill visits, with guidance from Lowell Randal, AAEA government relations representative.
