Brief Description of Topic:
The workshop seeks to expand the pool and qualifications of agricultural and applied economists willing to take on leadership roles across academic, government, NGO, and private sector organizations as well as multi-institutional and multi-disciplinary initiatives.
Intended Audience:
The target audience is individuals who have at least 5-8 years of professional experience and have received their first promotion, including mid-career or senior members considering leadership of large research projects, Extension programs, or other institutional units.
Travel Grants: Thanks to the AAEA Trust and Senior and CHAIRS Sections, we will be offering ten $1000 travel grants. Apply using the button above. The application deadline is April 30, 2025. Travel grant awardees must stay at the conference hotel.
