Invited Papers, Organized Symposia, & Track Sessions

All participants: presenters, moderators, discussants, and panelists, in organized symposia, invited paper sessions, the invited case study session, and track sessions must be registered for the 2025 AAEA & WAEA Joint Annual Meeting and be 2025 AAEA members.


Laptop computers are provided in concurrent session rooms. Please have your presentation on a jump drive.

Please note that each presentation room will be equipped with a Laptop computer, LCD projector, screen, and microphone. Presenters will be responsible for bringing their presentation on a jump drive.

Accepted Invited Paper Case Studies

Final versions of the cases must be emailed to Michael Storey at mstorey@aaea.org. He will upload it to AgEcon Search on your behalf. Additionally, your paper should be submitted to the AETR Proceedings Issue Editor by the same date if the authors wish the case study to be reviewed for publication in AETR.

Accepted Invited Papers

Final versions of the invited papers must be emailed to Mary Annen at mannen@aaea.org. She will upload it to AgEcon Search on your behalf. Additionally, your paper should be submitted to the AEPP Proceedings Issue Editor by the same date if the authors with the invited paper to be reviewed for publications in AEPP.

Accepted Track Sessions

Track session papers do not need to be uploaded to AgEcon Search. If you would like your paper in AgEcon Search, please email info@aaea.org with this request. Please contact Jessica Weister at jweister@aaea.org or (414) 918-3190 if you have any questions about submitting or participating in a Track Session.

Accepted Organized Symposium

At least one proposer for the organized symposium must be a member of AAEA, and all presenters, speakers, and/or discussants at the Annual Meeting must be members of AAEA and registered for the Annual Meeting. Final versions of the invited papers must be emailed to Mary Annen at mannen@aaea.org.
