The Agricultural & Applied Economics Association (AAEA) invites you to connect with our members through exhibit and sponsorship opportunities at the 2023 Annual Meeting in Washington, DC. The 2023 Annual Meeting runs from Sunday, July 23 through Tuesday, July 25, with pre-conference events on Saturday, July 22, and post conference events on Wednesday, July 26. Creating a partnership with AAEA as a 2023 Annual Meeting exhibitor or sponsor provides a valuable opportunity to increase your recognition among the top professionals and students in the field of agricultural and applied economics.
The Agricultural & Applied Economics Association (AAEA) is a not-for-profit association serving the professional interests of members working in agricultural and broadly related fields of applied economics.
AAEA members are primarily employed by academic departments and government agencies in the field of agricultural and applied economics. Their work focuses on a combination of teaching, research, and cooperative extension programs. Their research covers a broad range of topics, including commercial agriculture, natural resource and environmental economics, and economic and rural development.

Exhibitors receive a booth in a high traffic area, along with one free meeting registration. Exhibitors have the opportunity to interact with attendees throughout the entire meeting.

Exhibitors are invited to participate in all non-ticketed events at the Annual Meeting.
The 2023 Annual Meeting will provide exhibitors with exposure to attendees who work in academic departments, government agencies, NGOs, and in the private sector in the fields of agricultural and applied economics.
Over 1,200 participants are expected to attend the 2023 Annual Meeting. Meeting attendees have the chance to attend a large number of concurrent sessions, plenary sessions featuring invited speakers, and banquet and luncheon forums. AAEA is committed to providing Exhibitors with a location best suited to attract the interest of our attendees.
Exhibit Booth Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be made in writing to AAEA (by mail to the business office, fax to (414) 276-3349, or email to mannen@aaea.org). Cancellations received before May 26, 2023 will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after May 26, 2023. If AAEA cancels the Annual Meeting, all payments will be refunded.
