2023 Registration Now Open
AAEA invites you to register for the 2023 AAEA Annual Meeting in Washington, DC July 23-25. Most meeting events will take place at the Marriott Marquis hotel. Registration rates are outlined further down in this email. You can now register online or complete a pdf registration form.
For the safety and protection of all annual meeting participants, all attendees are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to arriving onsite in Washington, DC. Though masks are not required, it is at the discretion of the attendees.
Make your hotel reservation early to guarantee a room. To receive the AAEA group rate at $229 a night, book your room here. Before you book, make sure to check out our list of ticketed events listed below. Group Rate valid through Thursday, June 29, 2023 (cut-off date).

Are you interested in utilizing onsite childcare services, provided by a professional company? Please be sure to checkmark the box on the registration form. AAEA staff will follow up with additional details.
Ticketed Events
This year there are a number of Luncheons and Pre/Post-conference Workshops to choose from. Review the Section Lectures & Luncheons , and reserve a spot. Space is limited, so register early to reserve a place to hear the lecture, enjoy lunch, and network! This year we also have three pre-conference and one post-conference workshops, all of which offer great educational and networking opportunities. If you are interested, be sure to register early and reserve your hotel room for the extended day.

*Guest Registration: Attendees are encouraged to bring spouses, friends, and family to the Annual Meeting. All such attendees must register as guests to participate in meeting activities, at the cost of $60 per guest. Children under the age of 16 may attend the meeting for free. Guests include any interested party not professionally or a student in the field of agricultural economics or applied economics, or a related discipline. Registered guests will receive a name badge and are invited to attend the Welcome Reception at no additional charge. |

Cancellation/Changes: Cancellations of meeting registrations are subject to a $50 processing fee. After July 7, no refunds will be given for meeting registrations or special event tickets. If AAEA cancels the 2023 Annual Meeting, any paid registration fee will be refunded.
