With the 2023 AAEA Annual Meeting just a little over two months away, there are still a few deadlines to watch out for before the meeting begins. DC on Demand Issue 3 will cover cut off dates as well as go over what you can do to make the most of your time in Washington, DC.
Hotel Information
AAEA has coordinated with the Marriot Marquis to secure a room block and a guest rate of $229 per night. To receive a room under this rate, you must book before Thursday, June 23, 2023. After that date, you would not be eligible for the AAEA rate and would need to book separately with the hotel.

Early Registration Deadline
Wednesday, June 7, 2023 is the deadline for Early Pre-registration. Beginning on June 8, registration prices will increase. Register here to receive the reduced price.

Ticketed Events
This year there are a number of Luncheons and Pre/Post-conference Workshops to choose from. Review the Section Lectures & Luncheons , and reserve a spot. Space is limited, so register early to reserve a place to hear the lecture, enjoy lunch, and network! This year we also have six pre-conference and three post-conference workshops, all of which offer great educational and networking opportunities. If you are interested, be sure to register early and reserve your hotel room for the extended day.
