1. Go to your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
2. Search for "Whova" and Download.
3. Click on "Find my Event" and Download.
4. Create login using your AAEA "My Account" email/the email adress tht was sent this messgage
5. Edit your profile. Other attendees will use this to network with you.

View the app from your computer by going to https://whova.com/portal/webapp/aaeaa_202307
Find the Agenda tab at the bottom of the screen. You should see a list of sessions for that day.
You can move through different days by selecting the date you want to view on the calendar at the top of the agenda.
Browse or search sessions on the top bar.
Once you find the session you want to access, tap on it.
If the session hasn’t occurred yet, you can click Add to My Agenda to put the session on your own personal agenda and set a reminder.
Hit the view map to see the exact location of the room the session is located in.
To view the sessions you have added to your “My Agenda” go to “Agenda” on the mobile app and click on the “My Agenda” tab at the top, or select “My Stuff” on the web version and select “My Agenda”.
In addition to the mobile app, we have a pdf program that is available on the AM23 website. Please note that this up to date as of July 7; therefore, we encourage you to use the mobile app for the most up to date program information.
There are a limited number of tickets available for the speaker series luncheons and post-conference workshops and they are selling out fast! Tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. No tickets will be sold on the day of the event. If you would like to register on-site for a ticketed event, simply stop by the registration desk located in the M2 foyer of the Marriott Marquis.
The registration desk is also where you will pick up your name badge and ask any questions.

Tuesday, July 25: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
As a benefit to everyone attending the Annual Meeting in person, a photographer is available for professional headshots.

Sunday, July 23: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Monday, July 24: 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
This is a great opportunity to have your professional picture taken! Digital Images will be available, at no cost, after the Annual Meeting.
AAEA’s Annual Business Meeting will take place on Monday, July 24 at 8:00 AM EST in Salons 6&10. Be sure to review the minutes from last year’s meeting and the agenda before you arrive.
As a reminder, we will provide a laptop in all the concurrent session rooms. Please plan on bringing your presentation on a thumb drive and adding it to the laptop in the room prior to the start of your session.
